1. Overview

We are committed to providing high-quality herbal and natural products. Due to the nature of herbal items, hygiene standards, and product safety requirements, returns and refunds are handled under specific conditions described below.


2. Eligibility for Returns

A product may be eligible for return only if:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or leaking at the time of delivery.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product is expired or close to expiry at the time of delivery.
  • The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Customers must provide clear photos or videos of the product and packaging as proof.


3. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used herbal products.
  • Products with broken safety seals.
  • Personal care or ingestible herbal products once delivered in good condition.
  • Products damaged due to improper storage or misuse by the customer.
  • Items purchased during special sales, clearance offers, or promotional campaigns (unless defective).

4. Return Request Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Submit a return request within the allowed time period.
  2. Provide order details along with supporting images/videos.
  3. Wait for approval confirmation before sending or handing over the product.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


5. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed under the following conditions:

  • After inspection and approval of the returned product.
  • Refunds will be issued only if the product meets return eligibility criteria.

Refund Methods

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

6. Replacement Policy

Instead of a refund, customers may opt for:

  • Product replacement (same item), subject to availability.
  • Exchange with another product of equal value (if approved).

7. Refund Processing Time

  • Refund approval: within 3–5 business days after product inspection.
  • Refund credit: 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider or bank.

8. Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to company error (wrong or damaged product), return shipping costs will be covered.
  • If the return is requested for any other approved reason, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

9. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch without any charges.
  • Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

10. Quality & Safety Notice

Herbal products may show natural variations in color, aroma, or texture due to seasonal ingredients. These natural variations do not qualify as defects.
